and I confirm what I saw a few days ago: the entire New World building (i.e. where Tokyu used to be) is demolished! Gone!

Sorry, corrected, Chui Heng Chuen indeed. Chui Yuen is long gone (and it was located near where K-11 is now, used to go there in the late 70's).
