Sorry, to tell U that there has no more great panda in Ueno Park, it already died in last year cause by hreat attack......

It was once the super star in the Zoo.

IXUS110IS is a good DC

 

Zoom: 4x optical  (not bad)

 

格式焦距 (相當於 135 ): 28 mm 至 112 mm (not bad)

 

Resolution: 12.1Mp (Good enough)

 

Sensitivity: ISO80-1600 (GOOD!!)

 

Storage: SD, SDHC (GOOD)

 

Focus types: TTL, AiAF (face detection, 9 point), 1 point AF (centre) (GOOD!)

 

Close focusing: 2cm (GOOD!! But I think only can use that close (2cm) when U using wide, not tele zoom)

 

Shutter speed: 15sec-1/1600sec (GOOD!!)

 

Overall It is quite good. (Anyway U also bought it )

Thanks East for the detailed info, comments and the link ... 110IS is just a handy and convenient DC (the best parts to me are its 28mm wide angle and its automatic macro function) ... It's far from what I wanted - I wanted to buy one that can give the photo quality like yours!!!!! I bought it in a hurry ... next time I will do my homework and ask you first.

If you ask me for a good card sized DC now, I will tell you to buy Fujifilm FinePix F70EXR

那CCD 是 Fuji 自己獨家的 Super CCD, 出名高 ISO 都能保持高畫質, 能用 ISO 800 & 1600 影相而見得人的卡仔DC只有Fuji了!

27-270mm 一般都絕對夠用!  F3.3 ok la, 10X zoom 不要太高要求了! 我也準備入此機, 日常隨拍正!
