Remember there was this BUS that ran onto the sidewalk at Waterloo Road a couple months ago?....that's the exact location.
I do recall a flower shop around the corner....and I think they are still there two years ago when I came back.

I was in that area during my primary school days. I lived right above 芝柏. And since I went to DBS not much traveling involved.
I'm trying to search for the photos that I took last time.

Cool. When I was in P5, I lived near that barber shop (YanYan) near Prince Edward Rd, not too far from where you were.

OK, here's the info as promised

but the address says 190 Prince Edward Road wor... which confirms that it was near Flower Market Road. Was there another one at the Zhi-Pak location that you mentioned?

That pic shows Waterloo Rd @ Wylie Rd, (opposite Wah-Yan college) not close to where you lived wor... (I thought Zhi-Pak was near the Baptist University on Waterloo Road?) So were there several shops?

I have another photo here.
If you know the area back in our kid's days, then you'll probably know why I'm pointing it out.

That's a little bit further down on Waterloon rd. towards where you lived. 金邊的士 should be on the right side of the photo.

Hey, did you go to the "Upper One" often? (you'd know what I mean...)

I really did thought about that...since there's nothing on the second floor around that area.
Ha ha,.,,we go there nearly everyday after school and on Sat. mornings for breakfast. And everytime after that I'll usually ask them for change for 5 twenty cents coins.....for what?.......扭蛋......there's 2 machines at that spot which I circled out in that photo.

Wait......which 雅閣 are you talking about?.....the old one or the new one above 環球 ?

Oh, there were two? I'm talking about the one above 環球... anyway it seems our discussion is off topic now... maybe we should start a new thread on Upper One, haha. ANyway, need to run, later bros.

PS Sadly, FYI, 雅閣 went out of business a few years back. It's a Chinese restaurant upstairs now.
