煲檸樂可薑

I think that it can help you to feel better, but not recovery. It is not medicine or Magic pill.

  維他命C應該係藥效的重點,另一重點是生薑,不過一定要係冷親,患左風寒感冒才有效(風熱就唔得)。講到尾,生薑煲檸水就OK,可樂純屬浪費,留低好左再飲仲好過。
