yes......... I've lived in many flats where the noise level (from upstairs) is too much.......... kids jumping up & down/ mah jong falling on the floor/ kids throwing things on the floor again & again/ adults dancing at 3am/ chairs & tables being moved/ etc, etc. I suggest that u sell ur flat and move to a top floor unit..... with a swimming pool + jacuzzi on the roof and invite many "lemmos" to swim with you
