nothing to be scared of, just go upstairs and yell at the kid and his/her parent. I've done that many times... I hate those kids

it may not be 波子, may be someone fixing furniture and dropping the screws, etc.

 

you have to go upstairs and find out, you have the right to some peace and quiet and don't let your neighbour disturb you anymore
