1991年 4月落戶樂富中心 2期的樂富吉之島今日結業，大批市民趁搬遷大減價前來掃平貨，順道遊逛，緬懷昔日風光，正式向屹立樂富 19年的吉之島告別。
樂富中心商戶指，吉之島結業後，新的百貨公司要到今年 6月才開業，期間會出現真空期，擔心人流減少，預計生意額因而下跌 30%，故希望領匯減租，協助商戶度過難關。
領匯早前曾表示，吉之島搬遷後，會積極提供優惠及抽獎活動，以便增加人流，商戶合約亦會作出個別處理。
樂富吉之島搬遷減價最後階段於本月 24日至 28日舉行，貨品售價會一減再減，其中服裝部更由最低五折，再減至三折，然後再照價九折。全新的吉之島將於今年中，進駐九龍灣 MegaBox。

I went there at 9pm today......... but....... already closed! Lot of ppl were taking pictures/ videos. I'll miss Jusco & really didn't feel so well today, so called a taxi home right away.... felt a little weak to walk back to the MTR 
What a lousy day........

You should be glad that you're able to go there in the evening. I haven't got the mood to go out over the past couple of weeks cos my 08/09 tax return is still with me albeit I've paid the peanlty already!!!!

had a stomach cramp & felt dizzy the whole day.........
paid and still hv ur tax returns to do? why? well maybe u make too much $$$ so u have to pay twice? 
anyway relax and go out & have some fun! It's only money!

都唔只係領匯嘅原故。唔知係咪啲大財團唔抵得吉之島好生意，好多大商場都唔同吉之島續約，搞到吉之島分店越嚟越少。

I knew I was in deep shit. I eventually submitted the tax return and met my assessor on Monday only to find out that I am in much deeper shit than I thought!!!
