Either it is calling or transfrming, human still has do somethinf first otherwise Ultramand cannot appear on earth to fight against the monster. The human actor need a job too

Ok, I'll agree this point. The human actor has to face to the dangerous, even death, then, he can trasform to the Ultraman to fight with the monster and Allien.
